Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup
1 lb. chicken breasts
In a crockpot, combine all ingredients except egg noodles. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove the chicken and shred, then return to crockpot. Cook egg noodles according to package directions, and mix everything in the crockpot before serving.
